General Terms of Sale - Privacy Policy GENERAL TERMS OF SALE.
1) Prices are intended FRANCO FACTORY, exclusive of VAT and in EURO; moreover, the prices indicated in the NBL Vitolo srl price lists are intended to be only INDICATIVE, with only those indicated in the order confirmation written by NBL Vitolo srl and transmitted by telematic means or fax being considered binding.
2) In the event of conflict and/or discrepancy between the clauses and/or terms contained in the confirmation from the order of NBL Vitolo srl and clauses and/or terms contained in the NBL Vitolo srl price lists or in these general conditions of sale, the clauses, conditions and terms of the confirmation from the order shall be deemed to prevail. Otherwise, these general conditions of sale shall be deemed to be an integral part of the confirmation from the order of NBL Vitolo srl.
3) The contract of sale becomes valid only when an appointee of NBL Vitolo Ltd. transmits written confirmation from the order.
4) Delivery of the products shall be deemed to have been made when NBL Vitolo srl releases the goods to the customer or to a transporter appointed by the customer from the warehouse located in Rome, Via Alexandre Gustave Eiffel, 100.
5) The delivery terms specified in the order confirmation are intended as INDICATIVE. Exceeding these terms will not constitute a default by NBL Vitolo srl.
6) Any customizations or prints on the products must be requested by the customer. In this case, the Customer must specify in the order the positioning of the print and send the graphics (logo, trademark in JPG or TIF format). NBL Vitolo srl assumes that customers have been authorized to use trademarks submitted for reproduction and assumes no responsibility in case of disputes over trademark rights.
7) Printing charges (to be added to the unit price of the product). For items to be produced to your order, one-color silkscreen printing in one position or one hot stamping: from 100 pcs. up to 1000 pcs.: â'¬ 0.26 each, EUR 100.00 for implantation charges. Additional colors or other quantities or stock items or other customization methods: request quote. GEM LINE catalog: 1 color screen printing or 1 position hot stamping is included in price, other colors or other positions: EUR 0.50 each.
8) At the time of delivery, the Customer will be required to ascertain any externally visible defects. Complaints regarding defects not externally visible must be made in writing within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery, under penalty of forfeiture of the right to complain. Upon receipt of a complaint, NBL Vitolo Ltd. will consider at its sole discretion whether such complaint is well-founded. If so, NBL Vitolo srl will repair the goods and/or replace them with equivalent ones.
9) The presence of a defect under the preceding article shall not entitle the Customer to postpone or reduce payment obligations.
10) If force majeure occurs to NBL Vitolo srl, it shall have the right to postpone the time of execution of the contract or to withdraw from the contract in whole or in part, without being liable to any compensation for damages to the Client.
11) Production time: this is normally 6 weeks. If shorter production times are required, it will be necessary to contact customer service to find out the earliest available date. For in-stock items, the time required for printing is normally 7 days. Delivery by truck within Europe normally takes 2-7 days.
12) Payment terms: abroad, 30% in advance and balance by bank transfer made 5 days before shipment of goods; or by bank draft on delivery (C.O.D.). -In Italy 30% in advance and balance by cash on delivery.
13) Sampling: each item in the catalog is supplied at the price of the lowest quantity, plus freight charges (usually by express courier).
14) Packaging: items in cardboard boxes. For individual packaging in gift boxes and/or plastic bags, contact, for a quote, customer service.
15) Excesses on requests: NBL Vitolo Ltd. reserves the right to ship 5% (five percent) more or less and invoice accordingly.
16) Cancellations and changes: cancelled orders will be billed for all work done before cancellation. Cancellations will not be accepted if the goods have already been customized. Any change request on the order must be confirmed in writing by NBL Vitolo ltd. Cancellations or changes will not be accepted verbally.
17) Catalog colors: photographic colors, may not accurately represent the true colors of the products.
18) Fabric and leather variations: we warn that sometimes there may be slight variations in color, between baths of fabric or leather. Our suppliers claim a 10% tolerance, so we are obliged to request the same tolerance. 19) In case of citations or judicial solutions, the applicable law will be the law of the Italian Republic.
NOTES: -Pens and blocks shown in the catalog are not normally supplied with NBL Vitolo products, UNLESS EXPRESSLY STATED IN THE CATALOG. -

The data collected will be kept as long as necessary for the response.
